Every manufacturing & testing step is carried out in our modern production facilities. We ensure top workmanship throughout the entire production process.
All our machines are subject to precise & extensive quality tests carried out in all areas, from designing, to fabrication i.e. cutting, bending, welding of material at various stages in production line, to test trail assembly, to the finished product.
Designing
We have separate designing department dully equipped with latest designing software comprises of AUTOCAD, 3-D Modeling software..etc.
Our designers research and extrapolate trends and develop concepts at the highest level of technology. We work with various national & international standards continually striving to explore boundaries and make challenging designs possible.
Our state of art infrastructure turns bold ideas into revolutionary products. Design prototypes are gradually perfected up to the assembly test in terms of technology, economy, and design. As all relevant development, testing, and manufacturing processes are carried out in-house, we can implement custom designs and meet unique customer requirements quickly and flexibly.

At ROTOFINISH BLASTING EQUIPMENTS, learning is a continuous process. Our R&D department is equipped with the latest Electrical & Mechanical design software with CAD-CAM facilities.

Testing
In house testing of the product is the only way to ensure that the product reaches to the customer is of highest quality standard. We follow various national & international standards to test all our products during test runs. We test all our products in fully assembled condition on full-load in our facility before dismantling and dispatch to ensure that it must fulfill all the requirements of the customer.
